Sand Dollars for Success
The South Padre Island Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce a grant program for startups and existing businesses on South Padre Island, Sand Dollars for Success. This program provides businesses with much-needed capital funds in order to increase sales and create or retain jobs that will improve the economy on South Padre Island. This business plan competition incorporates a training component provided by the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Small Business Development Center. The objective of the courses provided are to increase the viability of the business plan and the overall success of the business. Please review the procedures and guidelines and complete the online application form in order to be considered for the competition.
